Booking provider — SimplyBook.me may set cookies when the booking system is embedded, so that a booking in progress works correctly
Payments — Stripe sets cookies necessary for secure checkout and fraud prevention once payments are enabled
Analytics — none are in use yet. If analytics are added, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required
