Who we are
Ryft Development provides website development, online booking system setup, Google Business Profile management and website improvement services to businesses in the United Kingdom.
Company registration details, registered address and data protection contact must be completed here before publication.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need in order to respond to you and deliver agreed services.
- Contact details you submit: name, business name, email address and optional telephone number
- Project information: existing website address, platform, requirements, budget range and timeline
- Consultation booking details submitted through our SimplyBook.me booking system
- Billing information processed by Stripe when payments are enabled (we never store card numbers)
- Basic technical information such as pages visited, used to keep the site working properly
How we use your information
Your information is used to:
- Respond to enquiries and prepare quotations
- Arrange, confirm and prepare for consultations
- Deliver and support the services you have purchased
- Issue invoices and keep accounting records
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations
We never ask for passwords by form
Do not enter website, hosting or email passwords into any form on this site. Where access to your systems is required, we request it through an appropriately secure, authorised process such as a delegated administrator invitation on your own account.
Third parties who process data for us
We use established third-party providers to operate parts of the service. Each has its own privacy policy.

Retention
Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond and, where a project proceeds, for the duration of our working relationship plus the period required for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can request access to your personal data, ask for corrections, request deletion, object to certain processing and ask for your data to be transferred. Contact us to make a request.
If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
